Portfolio of Opportunities: Hotels, Resorts, Marinas, Real Estate Developments, Golf Courses and many more.

Cuba offers a portfolio of opportunities with 110 new projects to accompany the boom experienced by business growth in the country.

Management contracts alternatives have been added to the traditional format of international participation in the investment in new projects and remodeling of existing ones.

Among some recent remarkable achievements, it is worth mentioning the agreement between Cuban group Gran Caribe and Iberostar, who will take care of the readjustment and repositioning of the historic Riviera Hotel in front of the Malecón in Havana. Also the Gran Manzana which, in a process similar to the previous one, will become the Gran Hotel Kempinski in partnership with the Cuban hotel group Gaviota.

Just a sample of the transformation process that the hotel business in Cuba is experiencing and part of the plan to add 4,020 hotel beds in 2017 to the existing 67,000 and reach the goal of 104,000 in 2030.

On the Marinas side, management contracts offer a great opportunity to specialists in the field.

In the real estate sector there has been significant progress in the development of mixed projects for second homes with golf courses and other attractions, following the accomplishment of the first two mixed companies with the Cuban group Cuba Sol through its subsidiary Cuba Golf: The Carbonera project in Matanzas province and the Bello Monte project in Havana.

On the other hand, the improvement of the country`s airport infrastructure has been impelled with the recent agreement for the adjustment and management of the airport of Havana with the group Aeropuertos de París, responsible of Charles de Gaulle Airport.
